Refund policy

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s).

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final for swimsuits where the protective adhesive strip and tag had been removed.

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. In the case that we made an error, we will provide a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, or missing/ incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately, so we can correct any problems.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Inquires after 15 days of receipt will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items marked or on sale for 30% or more, are not eligible for returns/exchanges.  Due to sanitary reasons, earrings and toe rings are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have an issue with your item, please feel free to send us an email.

Exchanges
We gladly accept an exchange for size or item of equal value.  If the item request is more that the initial cost, a PayPal invoice will be sent for the balance, which much be paid prior to shipping exchange. If the exchanged item is less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit. 
If a refund is required prior to shipment, refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
