Refund policy

Finding the right swimsuit can be tricky—if you have sizing or fit questions, email us at sks@saltykissswim.com before purchasing.

  • Final Sale: All sale items are final. Coupon codes of 25% off or more are also final sale. Accessories (earrings, toe rings) and gift cards are not returnable.
  • Returns/Exchanges: U.S. customers may initiate within 15 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Once a return label is created, you have 15 more days to drop off, giving up to 30 days total from delivery. Items received after 30 days incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags and hygiene liner attached. No stains, odors, or signs of wear. 
  • Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (keep your tracking). If we made an error, we’ll provide a label. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
  • Inspection: Check your order on arrival. Report any missing or incorrect items immediately so we can resolve it.

How to Start A Return

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

Log in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive store credit.
